To determine the ideal charging solution, it's essential to consider four aspects: your daily mileage, your vehicle usage (urban, motorway, etc.), your need to charge regularly and quickly, and the capacity of your car's charger.
With the simulator available on the Renault / Dacia/ Alpine websites and in the vehicle brochures, you can estimate the charging time according to your type of charging solution, to better anticipate your needs.
When you visit the dealership, a sales advisor will guide you according to your routine.

Your home is supplied with either single-phase or three-phase current, which is crucial when choosing a charging station and using its full power.
To find out, simply check the symbol on the front of your Linky meter. Additionally, your electricity subscription’s power rating is an important indicator; if it exceeds 12 kVA, your installation is automatically three-phase.
Tip: make sure your electricity meter is rated higher than the charging station. For example, 9 kVA is required for a 7.4 kW charging station.
